These general terms and conditions govern the use of the Festap platform. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Festap is a platform that connects event organisers with event service providers. Festap acts as an intermediary and is not a party to contracts entered into between users.
To use certain features of Festap, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out under your account. Festap reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these terms.
Bookings made through Festap constitute an agreement between the client and the provider. Cancellation conditions are defined individually by each provider. In the event of cancellation, the parties agree to respect the deadlines and conditions set out. Festap cannot be held responsible for disputes arising from cancellations between users.
Users may leave reviews after a service has been provided. Reviews must be honest, constructive and respectful. Festap reserves the right to moderate or remove any review deemed abusive, defamatory, fraudulent or not in compliance with our community guidelines. Providers have the right to respond to each review.
Payments between clients and providers are managed directly between the parties, unless otherwise specified. Festap may offer secure payment solutions through third-party partners. Provider subscriptions are billed according to the chosen plan and may be cancelled at any time in accordance with our subscription policy.
Festap provides a matchmaking platform and does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of services offered by providers. Festap cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the platform, services provided or interactions between users. Each user is solely responsible for their contractual obligations.
Festap reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions at any time. Users will be informed of any significant changes by email or notification on the platform. Continued use of the platform after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms. In the event of disagreement, the user is free to close their account.
