For clients

Use our search bar by selecting a service category and location. You can filter results by rating, price and availability to find the ideal provider for your event.
Yes, registration and use of Festap are completely free for event organisers. You can browse profiles, read reviews and contact providers at no cost.
After a service has been completed, you will receive an invitation to leave a review. You can also access the reviews section from your client dashboard. Your reviews help the community choose the best providers.
Yes, you can cancel a booking from your client dashboard. Cancellation conditions depend on each provider. We recommend checking the cancellation terms before confirming your booking.
Once logged in, go to the provider's profile and use the "Contact" button. You can exchange messages directly through Festap's built-in messaging system to discuss your event and requirements.

For providers

Click "Register" then select "I'm a service provider". Fill in your professional profile with your information, service categories, rates and photo gallery. The more complete your profile, the more likely you are to be contacted.
Basic registration is free. We also offer premium plans with additional features such as better visibility, advanced statistics and a verified badge. Visit our subscription page for more details.
Complete your profile to 100%, add high-quality photos and videos, collect positive reviews and keep your availability up to date. A premium subscription also allows you to appear at the top of search results.
Go to your provider dashboard, "Availability" section. There you can set your weekly working hours, add unavailability periods and configure buffer time between services.
Once your profile is complete and your services are published, clients will be able to find you through search and send you booking requests. You will receive a notification for each new request, which you can accept or decline.

Bookings

The client sends a booking request to the provider by selecting a service, date and specifying their needs. The provider receives the request and can accept or decline it. Once accepted, the booking is confirmed and both parties can communicate via messaging.
After acceptance, the client and provider can exchange messages to finalise details. The provider can mark the service as completed after the event. Both parties will then be invited to leave a review.
Yes, providers are free to accept or decline booking requests. When declining, the provider is asked to provide a reason to inform the client. The client can then contact another provider.

Payments

Payments between clients and providers are managed directly between the parties. Festap does not currently take a commission on transactions. For provider subscriptions, we accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Bancontact and SEPA transfers.
Currently, Festap does not charge any commission on transactions between clients and providers. Our business model is based on premium subscriptions for providers who wish to benefit from additional features.
Provider subscriptions are billed monthly. You can choose your plan and change or cancel it at any time from your provider dashboard. If you cancel, you retain access to premium features until the end of the current period.
